Complaints Procedure

The Â鶹ÊÓƵ endeavours to provide a high quality service for all of its students, parents and staff.

Occasionally concerns arise and we hope that you will feel able to contact the appropriate Personal Tutor or Director of Studies so we can help to sort things out. Serious complaints should be directed to the Principal or Deputy Principal.

The Â鶹ÊÓƵ has a Complaints Against the Â鶹ÊÓƵ Procedure and a Whistleblowing Policy.
